When did it happen?

It was a tragedy. All parties agreed that the homeowners were negligent because they served alcohol to minors. The question the courts had to decide was the number of occurrences involved. The families of the two girls killed and the one seriously injured in the car accident argued that an occurrence took place every time the homeowners served alcohol to the minor girls at the party. The insurance company argued that there was only a single occurrence and that was the car accident.

Keeping the life in your guests

Summer parties are events that celebrate young people moving on in their lives. Many go away to college or to the military and their friends and family want to gather and celebrate their new freedoms and responsibilities. Unfortunately, these parties can be tragic if the alcohol flows too freely.

Moving on

Now is the time to make housing decisions because the children are moving out of their parent's home and starting their own households. This means the coverage their parent's policy provided no longer applies to them, unless they are full-time students.
