COMMERCIAL OUTPUT PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) has flexible eligibility standards for its Commercial Output Program (COP). Any risk involved in manufacturing, institutional, or commercial operations can participate in the AAIS Commercial Output Program. The only exceptions are natural gas operations and electrical generating facilities.

While agricultural operations are not explicitly listed as ineligible, AAIS offers an alternative program specifically designed for them. This alternative program incorporates many features of the Commercial Output Program while adding additional elements to address the unique needs associated with farm-related risks.
