BUSINESS BUILDING LETTERS:

BUSINESS INCOME WITH EXTRA EXPENSE

Dear [Name]:

What would you do if a serious fire or other disaster caused such extensive damage that you couldn't operate at your premises? You probably would have to secure other premises, equipment, phones, protection service, etc., and resume operations on the very next day. Otherwise, you could lose customers.

For most businesses, finding the funds, however, to pay for the new facilities and equipment would be very difficult. Unless, of course, you had planned ahead and put extra expense insurance in place to reimburse you for the extra cost of rental, overtime pay, air freight, guard services, etc.

Business income with extra expense insurance is a remarkable policy with a combination of both business income insurance and extra expense protection that would enable you to collect on either or both features, as needed. Unfortunately, you won’t know which coverage you’ll need until after the loss. I can show you in about 20 to 30 minutes why this coverage makes sense for you. I'll call in the next day or so to make an appointment and to see how I can be of service to you.

Sincerely,
